Banksy does mysterious things. Maybe he just didn't want anyone who just cared about the profit to gobble them up initially. Smart, smart man.

Agreed - I took my six year old down there on Sunday and as we were going from window to window talking to him about each of the works and what they meant etc. this was a particularly heavy one to explain...

I'm stoked that I scored one of these. I mean, people pay $300+ for OE Kaws vinyls and he releases thousands of these for his own benefit. This is $650 for a licensed banksy and the money goes to a great cause. A win all around.

Thrilled beyond belief with the purchase of one of these mats. They are easily the most spectacular work from the pop-up show when discussing the real importance behind the show's existence. Unlimited, hardly. These hand-stitched mats take a lot of labor and more importantly funds such an incredible cause. 9 women do the stitching!! Look into the company, read their "our story" on lovewelcomes.org. To all who bought one, congrats, you will never regret it.

Unlimited does not mean 'we'll keep on making them until everyone has one'. It means not restricted to a specific number.

Briefly wavered on this but so glad I bought it. As others have said, it's one of the pieces from the show that really sticks with you and, I think, sums up the whole message of the show perfectly. Given how hard it's going to be to get anything else from the show, to be able to just buy this, be it limited to 500, 1000 or 2000, is great. And of course it's raised a massive amount for a charity. Really thrilled.

Also, it's quite funny that the silly rumour that donating would give you early access to the shop turned out to be kind of true. Even better that almost everyone who donated will have done so because of the cause, not because they believed the silly rumour.
