My guess is LW is at the mercy of PC.
Around mid-month there was an auto response saying we'd know delivery time within two weeks. It's been three weeks.
However, based on that NYT article it sounds like there will be a March announcement, possibly GDP 2 so I assume we'll know by then. The full five months.

And many of those could be produced within a few days time. There has been consistent communication from the company the whole time. What's the rush then, got some bills to pay via flipping?

No chance, why should they? The gift is the fact that a big percentage will get flipped and people will make money on it

The delay if I had to guess probably ties up with the redesign of the PC COA that I have read about
new launch, new logo whatever it is they are doing
I wouldn't want to be making these, looks like hard work trying to put needles through the thick mat bit, not something I would have thought could be completed in an hour or 2
