It's 4 years since the announcement and the time when it could have made a difference to his market has long since passed. They're obviously desperate to claw in revenue and ARR which would clearly have dried up recently so it's entirely possible they are looking to resurrect this idea (given the calibre of the team I highly doubt they'll be coming up with anything original), just don't expect it to be well executed or well managed.

Why are they obviously desperate to claw in revenue and ARR? Because they're a profit making business with overheads and expenses and values have dropped about 60-70% in 18 months. Despite the fact some people on here think Pest Control is some kind of not for profit benevolent service, the truth is they exist to monetise brand Banksy. This really shouldn't be up for debate. I have no problem with this, the issue is they're dog shit, in fact I'd love it if they made more money and hired some decent people and provided a better service. |
