Yea and then they didn’t have an edition on the cards. It makes me think they changed their mind. As when you look at the axe. That has /10 on it rather then a order number

Banksy Cushions Gross Domestic Product™, by casual on Feb 6, 2021 15:54:03 GMT 1, In relation to the cushions being /50, it’s worth pointing out that the editions numbers displayed during the GDP Croydon show seemed to differ from the actual editions when items were dispatched. My MetBall helmet is /50 and I believe that originally they were due to be /15 according to the info tag. Fuels speculation that the ‘unlimited’ items might be pretty limited in my mind too.

Everything will be limited. Even the ‘unlimited’ will be limited as this is banksy. He won’t produce these in large quantities. Also on your pojnt I noticed the print editions were different.
Regardless no one can complain as winning soemthign was like winning the lottery both mentally and monetary (if you care about the £)

Banksy Cushions Gross Domestic Product™, by Lroy on Feb 6, 2021 21:23:02 GMT 1, Aren't the cushions numbered /50 on the tag attached to the product? I thought someone posted pictures and that was the case, despite the 'unlimited edition' designation on the GDP site. Apologies if I am mistaken. Cushions were not unlimited. And even unlimited are limited ( tees, cans and;...) until next drop ! What happened to Morrissey Posters per example ?
Maybe PC are sending COA only for prints. Tell me how and why a guy will make fake cushions ? with what ? and for what ?

Banksy Cushions Gross Domestic Product™, by Matt 2 ttaM on Feb 7, 2021 0:10:14 GMT 1, I got some cushions for sale too, paperwork trail and all is super air tight! They are from ikea. Sorry couldnt help myself! Honestly, since the spray can’s paper trail was faked a little while back, going forward the difficulty will continue to be in proving the GDP items are authentic. That uncertainty will shut out a chunk of buyers but at the end you only one. GLwTs They must be fake the GDP ones have a Dunelm label in them
No these are real cushions, authentic ikea, quite comfy too. Bought a cinnamon bun at the same time i got them so very solid provenance

Banksy Cushions Gross Domestic Product™, by artstylechic on Feb 8, 2021 5:08:40 GMT 1, Hi. Thanks for all of the responses, messages and offers.
For the low ballers, sorry if I did not respond to your messages but the offers couldn’t have been serious and really didn’t deserve a response.
Cushions are now sold, pending payment.
Thanks again for the interest!
More limited and unlimited GDP items are available and might be listed in the future so stay tuned :-)

Banksy Cushions Gross Domestic Product™, by conrado on Feb 8, 2021 5:48:54 GMT 1, These were initially displayed as an edition of 50, during the actual release they then said it was unlimited. But by the looks of sets floating around the internet, it seems like they may have stuck with their initial call of 50. I have also seen different variations (yellow set, gray set, pompom set) Said to all be unique

There was a few pieces on your list already sold in auction and private.
-----------------
I am sorry if this has been discussed before and wasn’t sure where to post this (so also posted this to the Artwork Valuation and GDP thread).
I also realize that no one knows the answer yet because none of pieces of hit the market, but I wanted to get your opinion on the secondary market prices of the following GDP pieces:
- Flower Thrower Print
- Basquait (Grey / Black)
- Rat Clock
- Met Ball
- Drones (Duck and Cover)
- Early Learning Set
- Spray Can
Which piece(s) do you think will be worth the most? Are the prints worth more than the sculpture pieces like the Clock and Ball in the long run?
Thanks in advance for your opinion and info!

They are incredibly important when talking about large sums of money.
Just look at some other threads to see what can happen when items are purchased in good faith from the people they don’t know on the internet...
