I'm gonna hazard a guess and say Banksy's finding it more fiddly than he'd like. Whenever I find something a pain in the proverbial, the price goes up irrationally. |

I also think they might get a bit bored of stencilling them after a while and the hand stencilled ones will probably be a small edition. Would get a bit monotonous after a while.

hand on heart if I could go back in time I would have actually broken the rules and applied multiple times.
when seeing how they were processed, comedian and the fact that some peoples answers were pretty random etc. I don't think they evaluated or screened the entry process.
just my thoughts but I'd of filled my boots when it comes to entries
