Against my better judgment I do like some of Pure Evil’s prints, even if they are repetitive. However you can find most of his prints regularly cycling through eBay without selling at inflated prices above his release price.

I have an original Brexit print, rather than the new one, and it’s about the only print I’ve seen that has sold recently at much more than release price on the eBay market .

I see three sell for £750 each recently

They’re all eBay Uk sales and Pure Evil doesn’t have a track record of being counterfeited. The price of his prints are too low for that.

This is such a weird thread. Pure Evil has to be one of the most accessible artists around. Not the kid of artist where you talk about edition sizes or re-sale value.

For £500 you could probably just ask him to make one for you. He’s a lovely guy, head down to his gallery and just have a chat with him.

I think what people are politely trying to hint at is that your asking price is optimistically high whatever edition you have. There is not really any secondary market for Pure evil except if you purchased the low priced ones at the car boot otherwise if you paid what you said for this you will be lucky to break even and you should expect that as this purchase was of course made because you liked it yeh? Not because you want to flip it?
It's only worth what people / market is willing to pay like any commodity and looks like your price is a bit of a pipe dream my friend

When buying pure evils works always try to buy the original one like the one I am selling
all the versions after are never as popular

Same with brexit nightmare original is fetching around £550

Another example is Hackney looters fetching good money the ones that came after will never do as well

As Patrick says above, one reason why it's not selling. Its not worth what you are asking. You are making the deluded deduction that other listings indicate the worth!!
