Although being one of the rules, it looks it was not discussed much here, correct? So why? I believe most of the people on this forum are wealthy collectors... so it's a bit unconvenient...

I suppose Banksy means the latter 1-2 categories, as to what he may deem 'wealthy'. I'm sure here can rely on that invaluable PC data to deduce who's wealthy and who regularly buys/sells.

totally agreed. If you got in from 2004 then you could have got these

I’d say there’s big difference between “wealthy collectors” and most people on here, who may have disposable incomes, buy prints for a few thousand (sometimes), and lower value originals, but aren’t the guys with the huge kaws or banksy collections (although there’s a few on here!).
I have a feeling the line on GDP is more of a joke though and not something they will enforce.
I think he’d like this wave of editions to go to people who can’t afford secondary prices though.

Also don’t forget about those on here who bought 5figure when they were dramatically cheaper (some on here have been collecting a long time).
