Blimey. That is particular.
All I can work out are the initials "A.U."
In case somebody knows who actually created the work, consider private messaging the original poster.
But if you insist on disclosing further details about the artist here, check the relevant statutes in your jurisdiction beforehand, keeping in mind we're on a public forum.
Given the work in question, this could be deemed a special case — because revealing a name might lead to the artist being taunted or ridiculed. So expose their identity, if you must. Just make sure you don't in the process break any laws relating to doxing.

But you’re absolutely right. The artist might have sold that at a market fare in 2009 without any thought that their personal details would be permanently written on the internet a decade later.
