"There were only 200 of the DC Bob & Roberta Smith Lost Artists Limited Edition prints made, IWM selling only a fraction of this amount. Due to the high level of orders that we received we had to honour orders on a first come, first served basis and therefore we apologise that on this occasion you missed out. As soon as the issue was identified and the supplier confirmed there was no more stock, we disabled the offer and discontinued the products, as well as removed them from the website. Unfortunately as we do not stock any similar items, the decision was made to refund unfulfilled orders which is why no alternatives were offered."
Did anyone here actually get a print?

No print, but no email either - got my confirmation email at 17:33 on the Monday, so transaction would've been before that.
