I dread to think the number of emails Love welcomes will be getting in a couple of months time.

Mystery solved.
''We have looked into this for you and can provide some information. Unfortunately there has been a delay with the delivery of stock to our distribution centre. This is due to arrive at the end of this week or failing this, early next week.
We apologise for the delay in getting these items to you. However we can assure you that once they have arrived into our distribution centre they will be posted to you immediately. We predict that hopefully your items should arrive by the end of next week.''

Not sure quite how long its been in the (very tight) tube though. Feels like its going to need a bit of industrial flattening!
