York Art Gallery just told me that anyone who registered and received
an email saying they would get a poster will get one . It may take upto a month to process all the orders
There will be no more in the shop or for people who have not registered already

I then emailed and they said there would be more but didn't tell me anything abut registering. They're now saying no more and non available at the Q&A.
It appears the success of the exhibition has taken them buy surprise, sorry, the success of the merchandise! the exhibition was very quiet when i visited - it was also wonderful.

The only thing they could do for me was to sign me up to their 'news letter', and was advised that this would give me any updates/information. Its not really the best, and quite basic as to what they tell you, indeed since I was added a couple of months ago, only had 1 or 2 notifications.
It may be worth adding that the set up at the York Gallery not as slick as say the Tate etc, no disrespect to them as the exhibition they have put on is really good. I'm not sure they are really geared up for all this kerfuffle over merchandise.

Shame they are not selling in museum only throughout the exhibit as I would have gone up and made a day of it with the wife

Smart of white cube to keep the cheap tat to a minimum on a premium brand/artist like this.

As mentioned above, and great pictures from Larryforsyth, but a great collection on display. The scale of some of these works quite something, in contrast, the smaller 'sketches' fitted in really well.
Its great to see works that I'd only ever seen before in his books, especially the Pelican series, which dare I say includes this pesky poster.
Growing up around this area, and unfortunately in a similar era, certainly resonated with me.
Would certainly recommend to any members to go if they have the opportunity.

As for the tat, postcards are still available (limit 10) but the display posters aren't even out in the lobby anymore.

You can collect for free or they’ll post worldwide at a cost
I had to reply to the email they sent so not sure if they’ll take orders from random requests - you can only but ask.
As they’ve said before (and I quote) “ I’d like to reassure you that the merchandise isn’t limited and we will be able to supply all of our customers with”
