I'd guess at £10k or so as a value, that seems to be what Cans and NYC tend to go for. It's a shame this should be worth a lot more, but that lack of certificate really is a problem for most buyers.

Why would this print sell for £5k-£7k less than the Cans or Dismaland gift prints??

Why unfair, out of interest?
I’d imagine that the motive is that these are intended as a gift rather than a windfall. I’d also imagine that recipients are delighted at such a lovely gift, coa or not.
I think I’d agree with you if the gift was in lieu of pay. I don’t know, but I expect that these were in addition to the pay those involved agreed to receive for their labours. I make no criticism of the OP. It’s his to do with as he pleases.

If you've got the audit trail - piccy in your brown coat, appeared in thousands of piccies on IG and have your wage slips etc then this is a keepr. The price of these will only be going one way, up. No way would I sell for a short-term gain.

True but further down the line if you’re the second or third buyer the trail gets colder. And if you need to sell it’s doubtful any of the larger auction houses will take it. So price needs to be lower than 10k IMO.
In any case I don’t understand the rat image. It makes no sense on the free prints, it makes a little sense on the gift prints with the red circle representing a wheel, but really the image only makes sense on the clocks for which it was originally designed.
