Anyone seen/heard this mentioned previously? the image unequivocally have the style of dran (and perhaps Banksy too) I remember that the waluso gallery had published this image the same evening, quoting the story. the price however i don't think is in line with the dran prices (it's a poster) |

So this is clearly not by Dran and has nothing to do with Banksy/GDP.
There was indeed, a local London artist, who on the last night of the GDP shop, handed out art on the street corner opposite GDP from a bag/case and “signed”(destroyed) some of the free gdp momentos that members of the general public were given by the brown coats.
Lots of lay public thought they had met banksy...and advertised such on ebay listings at the time.
Other fraudsters, made up stories about Dran visiting the shop and doing a drop...as in this case.
If you know anything about Dran, you would not even consider this credible for a microsecond. It is laughable and an out and out attempt at fraud.

So most of what you have written here is incorrect.
You are correct that this image and story is not new and if you look back on the original gdp thread this shenanigans is discussed in detail.
But just to reiterate for new members- this is not in the style of Dran...has nothing to do with Dran...and is an attempt to fraudulently pass it off as something by Dran.
