Just picked up a 6x6 self portrait of his.
I'm really enjoying these Magnum small print sales.

WEEGEE Magnum estate stamped prints, by gd79 on Feb 11, 2020 23:17:13 GMT 1, $100 for 6" square $400 for 10"x8" interestingly the 6" prints are C type and the 10x8 are giclee C type bing made by a led emitting head passing photographic paper which is then processed conventionally so neither are traditional photographic prints and only one is produced using any chemistry at all, very steep prices I would say..great images mind!
It's a fair point for his work - it would all look better with silver gelatin. However, I think most contemporary photography would be c-type. Certainly most of my collection, other than the older stuff. I don't see it as a drawback, given the original prints would be a wholly different price point. I'm going to look at these carefully. It's a few months til the square print sale, and the summer sale is not quite as good.
