With our new show ONE WORD // 2020 we have realized our long-cherished dream of holding a pure Writing/Calligraphy/Graffiti-exhibition. And to top this, we have put it under the wraps of a special theme:
Every artist was asked to write only one word in their special and unique style, the word that summarizes/ encompasses the year 2020 for them. The choice could be political or personal, positive or pessimistic, prophesy or post-factual - there were no limitations to terminology, language, media used.
The only request: every artist was asked to submit a short explanation of their chosen word, to complete the finished piece.
The result is a stunning variety of styles and formats, and a top class line-up with 30 artists from 15 countries.
