I don't know of the figures, but I would hope from tomorrow more will be offered accommodation. I would say maybe only half of homeless would take it anyway. It does leave a huge problem with those left on the street lacking money and food contributions. Soup kitchens have closed already and not sure if all volunteers can carry on, sad times...

i could understand if we were the first country to be infected and all unknown what to come but we had news from china ,Spain and Italy to view what is going on and people continued to dismiss what is happening , many are sheep and have to be told what to do and enforced to do so , mostly the middle classes that spoilt it for everyone over the weekend ,by going out on mass ,Richmond park,snowdonia ,Lake District etc , the group that you think would have family values and are educated , a lot of selfish people out there that have put their families at risk and many others , half the groups seen on tv will probably be overcrowding the NHS in 6 weeks time

I think he is a liar and he called all Germans nazis a week or so ago and said they are all racists that's why he left Germany for UK. He creates and looks for excuses to be the victim and profits from it. He said he was kicked out of three taxis in Berlin because the cab drivers were racist but does not give the real reason and does not give the actual ethnicity of the cab drivers.

I think it will be necessary in order to formulate a response when the next wave comes. If they know that 70% of the population is immune then the response doesn't need to be so severe, but if it's 20% then they will crack down again. Obviously could take quite a while. all conflicting evidence at the moment , herd immunity even government advisers say may not work , few reports of people infected and recovered to then be reinfected and die , some people virus lays dormant but they are now spreading the virus unbeknown to them. in different parts of the world the virus is already mutating , so not dealing with the same strain , maybe why taking so long to research as world data would be different.? virus is not textbook hence taking so long to research it

Plenty of people are carrying the virus without symptoms (lucky them and why we should be isolating) but like with people who show symptoms, this will be for a finite time.
The research is taking a long time because it takes a long time to research a virus, this one is no different, however you can be pretty sure that all hands are on deck with this one.
