Truthfully, it's a limited zine w/ 4 pages of hand finishing. far from an "original work" or even a "print". I'm not trying to hate, but it seems like a misrepresentation of what it truly is. Any examples of how much these individual pages were sold for?GLWTS

I personally wouldn’t call it a print nor an “original” artwork, but the hand finishing on some of the pages is very cool and you do get a hand finished work that is limited and within the context of an intentional artistic statement by the artist (vs a doodled book or something similar). No opinion from me on the value.
I have one of these. If you’re a fan of Parla it is pretty cool. One thing that is evident is that no one can agree on the price...it is still sitting. Frankly speaking, if that first piece at the top of the listing was nicely framed along with the studio stamp, I'd very likely pay £2k for it alone. There is nothing else in Parla's market I'd buy over that for that kind of money. If you so desired you could buy this, frame that piece and hang, and frame and sell the other 3 pieces to cover most of your costs. Or, of course, if you are a book or zine collector you could just treasure the zine as I have.
The price is always up for (some) negotiation.

I wouldn't normally waste energy replying to posts like this because in my experience it's a pointless exercise. But I take offence at the fact you are accusing me of misrepresenting. TBH I really don't understand your issue. The text is not a misrepresentation, it's exactly what is on offer. You've gone through and cherry-picked a couple of key words to try to make a point, removing them entirely from the context of the whole listing, which makes it very clear in great detail what is on offer - much more detail than most of the listings on here. Furthermore, the text is accompanied by very clear images showing precisely what the buyer would be getting. Quite how you can look at that listing as a whole thing and suggest I am somehow misrepresenting what a - presumably adult, savvy - art buyer would be buying is ridiculous.
