Agree....very expensive for a unknown, but i feel her work is easily sold to people with money and little knowledge of art.
This same question came up last year and i said "matthew wong was my 2019 up and coming artist". Sad.

It seems to me like she is getting more and more attention and her works have been sold for quite high prices, she is clearly an emerging artist.
Painted 10x15 cm postcards recently sold for over 9000 GBP each, some paintings over 100 000 USD. I really like her artworks too, it is really something special, i would have bought/invested in a piece if i had the money.

The above has a selection of some of her works. She’s done some really amazing murals which are shown in the link. Her gallery were selling small original works on paper for around 6-10k usd a while back, not sure where her pricing is now as she’s had a few big auction results.

The top one is the most desirable, it’s got the colours that people will be after. Both will be popular though just because her market is strong. If you want to sell please DM me.
