I ended up selling to the person I felt would most appreciate/value it. Very happy it's gone to a good home and can't wait to see how he frames it! 
Dear All,
Those of you who know me: know that I am very reluctant to sell any of my "special" pieces. Been offered something INCREDIBLY special so might be time to let this beautiful/unique piece go.
This is very much the 'Girl With Balloon' of Harland's work. And given that it's a unique piece - one of ten hand finished prints, each with their own embellishments - it's very much been one of the jewels in my collection. Soho House have one on display in their entrance hall in Los Angeles, and it's very cool in person.
Note: it is not a small piece - 1.5 metres tall so might not be for everyone's homes. The hand finishing includes writing in pencil, hand painting (to add detail to the book) and also paint around the outside. It comes unframed and in mint condition. There are archival tabs on the back for framing, but these can be reversed/removed easily, which I'm happy to pay for if you want to have that done.

Details: 15 colour silkscreen print on paper, hand painted and noted with pencil. Hand finished unique print: of 10 hand finished pieces. With pencil writing and hand painted colours in and around the image. Unframed. Archival tabs for framing which can be reversed/removed. Signed bottom right (all 10 were signed). Currently stored flat in archival folder with cardboard backing. Excellent condition, stored flat since release.
Current replacement insurance value: approx UKยฃ95,000.
It is currently SW London based (Chelsea). For anyone concerned about corona I'm happy to do video chat inspection etc. As a guide for those looking at pricing I'm looking around the UKยฃ85/90k mark.

It's fair to assume he has not only a superior command of the language but also of grammar. That said, the meaning is lost on me, unless the place where its (sic) at is a direct reference to missing punctuation (they're no longer there, but used to be), or he is not the voice. |
