I don't think many collectors would complain about spending $1,200 for a 1/25 KAWS print, especially when all of the money goes to buying PPE for a local hospital. I'm still beyond shocked that my friend got picked out of what had to have been thousands of emails given how much press the charity prints have gotten over the last week. Now to help sort out how to frame it which should be fun.

For someone who doesn't know me, you know me too well.

Now the wait for the "your item has shipped" email begins!
I doubt they will be in hand until early June though since the invoice says they won't ship until New York reopens.

He hasn't done any more in the last week and a half so it doesn't seem like it, though there is definitely a lot more room for other cutout shapes on the prints he is using. I hope he does as it is a great way to quickly raise money for worthy charities.

I also considered the white background with a basic dark wood frame given the browns and deep reds in the print.

Anything besides a float with a simple black or white backing board (didn't meant mat earlier) and frame will just detract from it.
what would you think about a tan backing (like the cardboard in my picture) with a light brown frame?
My wife doesn’t care for white frames and I was hoping to do something different from my Mocad print which is all black backing and frame.
