Most of the books mentioned are just exhibition catalogs with works from the show included. The above book stated gives a good insight into the word of collecting selling etc etc and is mostly words ;D.

Give Sartorial Gallery a call. I got a signed advance copy from them about a month ago. It's not a bad read, predominately photos but a bit on the small side( A5 I think).
They'll be on sale at the burning candy exhibition at sartorial also.
