Royal Snail spoils it for art fans, by peasant on Oct 5, 2007 9:47:32 GMT 1, I guess with the two back to back 48hr stoppages at the Royal Snail we won't be getting our lovely Micallef's until at least the end of next week.
They are pratts at the Royal Mail...the more they strike, the more businesses will find other more reliable ways to send stuff. Don't get me wrong I think the RM is brilliant, but they've got to keep up to speed....the big opportunity they missed was considering email a fearful competitor instead of getting in on the act.
Just my 2p
Cheers,
Beef

Thats the whole point though, its not the royal mail calling a strike just ot have a holiday or something! Its the staff calling a strike to try and get more pay, in the hope that the Royal Mail bosses will panic that they are losing customers to competition and give in!

Anyway, enough of this, when's that trolley print coming out?

I heard that they nearly didn't strike because they heard 1000 Micallef fans were waiting for prints...
