Each color was released as a timed-release. None of them technically sold out, which would result in a "2nd" or "3rd" press because of unavailability. They sold each variant for x amount of days and then moved onto the next one.
I also wouldn't be surprised if none of these records physically exist at this point in time. I see this as a "presale" in sorts - they are just moving from one color to the next, selling as many as they can, and once this is all over, they can decide (based on how many sold) how many of each color to press.
