I like Opie's work and feel the simplicity of them makes them attractive.
These do look overworked and too confusing (if that makes sense).
One day I would like to have an Opie piece on the wall but it would be a simple & clean piece for me.

Woman taking off a man's shirt is screen printed? Its an open edition and also resides nicely on this plebs wall!!! ;D ยฃ40 you can't go wrong, looks the mutts nuts.
I agree that these latest works look overworked, the woman looks like a mannequin which takes a lot of the appeal away for me.

I was tempted a while ago by the pole dancer sticker which i thought would look great stuck on a piece of coloured perspex. But in the end i decided i didnt have the wall space.

Hard to show the quality but each colour is a different texture/layer. (only weakness with the portraits are the frames are unglazed/plastic things)
Re the unlimited poster are they actual Opie posters or just posters if you get what I mean ??
The walking lenticluars were available last year as full size small editions around 4K if I had the balls I would/should have got one.

I have a Julian Opie sticker from 2002 picturing Jacques Villeneuve. The sticker was produced to coincide with the British Formula One Grand Prix of that year. It's been stored flat in a book ever since.
