Good point. I think the idea was if he could turn a $1 mask into a $50 mask it would help fund more supplies for those in need. However the shipping cost I donโt think was thought out right. Theyโre coming from California, according to The NY Times article theyโll be on eBay until June 27th if they donโt sellout.

Given he lives in the UK and his studio is in Germany it might have made sense to have retained some of the masks in the EU to facilitate sales to this part of the world.
