TNT have joined up with Fedex. They are using some old system for the next month until the two change over
From what the driver told me two weeks ago, they will have one of the fastest delivery companies in the world

That's way over the top. You will have to get on to revenue and claim it back
If it was delivered without paying just send them an email, I would not pay it.

Tracking has said the same “package on the way” type info since mid April. Not sure what my play is here. At some point, do I ask for my money back, and if the pieces do end up being delivered resend the money to the seller?

Not art-related, but a family member sent a photo album from Vancouver to us in the U.K. in the second week of April, and it arrived last week. No tracking number so I’m not entirely sure where it was held up, but we’d long assumed it was lost.
I’ve got a piece that is a week late, but I’m guessing I’m going to be waiting a while yet? What’s been your experience? Try 2 months..... pffffffffff............ what a mess!!
I sent a package with DHL Parcel. THat came back after 5 weeks.
Then I send it in Registered Mail. That's already MiA for 4 weeks now.....
I just use FedEx to USA/Canada now. They do the job.
Just prepared some high end packages to UK and Switzerland. Will use DPD for those.
They do well in Europe for a fair price.

I get the feeling that, across the board, tracking numbers don't mean a lot right now. Considering the pandemic's impact on staff levels, and that people went shopping crazy when the lockdown started, I'm amazed the mail's been getting through as well as it has. Well done to the postal staff. Must be hellish right now.

Fedex have took over TNT which was a good thing. They have a very good service now.
I used them two weeks ago to the States and it only took 4 days from Ireland
