Consider the thread in its entirety:
(i) the back-and-forth exchanges within;
(ii) some of the data and viewpoints shared (including your own), along with their potential value as an educational tool; and
(iii) the overall cautionary lesson it offers to everyone, including future members exploring old posts — about making assumptions, publishing statements that may be excessively bold, and generally shooting from the hip.
On balance, I would posit there is more harm in deleting this thread than retaining it.

The price ? only check on ebay, look at sale thread ending and if you want to sell one here, make a good price ( that's why I have sold my Exit NYTiime out poster at the price offered but the buyer - I even not negociated, i m not good in this, but I m sure that I undersold it... That's life !) )
