I got this sticker as a freebie from Santa’s Ghetto in 2003. It has Fasson backing.

I used to be a picture framer and I discounted the framing in exchange for the sticker. The customer bought his art directly from p.o.w right at the beginning of the craze....
I have a Neighbourhood Watch with the same 'split' backing too.
