Parcelforce notice of arrival, by ajr on Jun 27, 2020 16:01:18 GMT 1, Hi all, I bought something from US and today I received a letter from parcelforce "notice of arrival of goods" where they are asking for the invoice, presumably to determine customs fees.
Does this mean that the seller did not attach any invoice or declare the value of the contents?

Seller had marked value down thinking it was going to do me a favour - sadly it was pretty obvious $15 was not going to cut it! I provided a copy of the invoice and they went from there from memory.....

Parcelforce notice of arrival, by puritog on Jun 27, 2020 17:21:23 GMT 1, I had that situation with standard Swiss post. It happened when the sender insured the package for a larger amount than the declared value, hinting that the declared value is false, or didn't declare any value at all.
