Help needed with Banksy Captured, by dadclot on Jul 2, 2020 21:43:31 GMT 1, I ordered the black edition of Banksy Captured, which arrived damaged in the post. I contacted info@banksycaptured.com and informed them of this. After a bit of chasing, I finally got a reply from Max, who said that he would arrange for collection and for a new addition to be sent out. I told him a day for collection and then didn’t hear anything else. I started chasing again and finally got a reply from Claire apologising and saying they would get onto sorting it out. Again, I haven’t heard anything since.
It’s been almost two months now and I’m getting nowhere. I’m sending them a weekly email asking for somebody to get back to me and nobody is responding. It seems they still, however, have time to send out emails trying to flog the latest stuff on the website. Ridiculous customer service.
Has anybody else had any problems, and does anybody know anybody there that they could give a nudge to to get them to respond to me and get this sorted? Any help would be much appreciated, thanks.

You're certainly not on your own. There are a lot here that have had problems with late/no deliveries and customer service seems non existent. Maybe bait them with an email enquiring about purchasing a print and go from there. Otherwise just claim through PayPal or credit card if it was over £100.

That's a good idea, just claim back the money and move on. Life's too short to spend trying to deal with people that dont give as**t. if after they want the thing back, then let them have it.
added to edit, You've given them time and emailed a few times. I don't suggest you do this without the seller having a chance to put right before resorting to a claim back which these guys clearly have had

Help needed with Banksy Captured, by Rubys on Jul 3, 2020 8:54:01 GMT 1, I put in an order for the first edition in November and never received anything.
Sent multiple emails to no response.
Ended up having to do a credit charge back, just waiting for that now..
Now I know why they didn’t accept PayPal, they would have had so many refund requests.
