Even if you are not selling through ebay, that link should help. I would start there, then go to the relevant site they list for the state you are sending to. For example, for California, you would go here:
www.cdtfa.ca.gov/taxes-and-fees/know-your-rate.htm#Consumer
and find your tax rate by address. For me, it is 9.25%. Note that most states now have import tax but not all! I actually bought an expensive piece of art the very day California started charging this tax, which is why I know all this.

As far as I remember, FlightLogistics is aware of all import taxes that apply to a shipping...but I don't know if they are going to tell you if you are not using them. Hope this helps! |
