Obviously, everyone on here rushed out and bought the canvases, now for the pump and dump. Anyone who bought these for a few hundred pounds will do well flipping them to the fomo collectors for a few grand but anyone who thinks Noir will become worth proper money I think will be disappointed.

It is very even-I-can-do-it type of art... Like Haring Stik Doodle invader...

He is very close to his collectors. Dont pay the ebay price(its to high, maybe i am wrong), i think it is possible to make a deal with him. |

He's a historically important artist, if not visually my bag. Doesn't stop the talk on here reeking of self-interested hype from people who have some of his work tucked under the bed.
One eBay auction, a chess set and a Heidi Klum purchase from last year do not add up to 'next big thing' status. The work on his site only sold out after lots of big talk on this forum. This place has a long history of generating a short term surge in prices for artists who generate little fuss at the major auction houses.
I have no dog in this fight. If he becomes extremely valuable, makes no difference to me. I don't own his work and don't like it enough to buy it. But all the hype encouraging people to spend lots of money on him, on the basis of very little evidence, is a bit grim.
