Invader Djerba Map , by Dahmer on Jan 19, 2021 10:25:18 GMT 1, I believe that today is the day the gallery re opens and you can collect the maps. Anyone who collects theirs could you possibly share how they are packed etc etc.
Being from London it might not be till April before I can legally travel but I have a friend I know is in Paris fairly often for work etc etc so Iโm trying to decide wether itโs worth him picking it up for me and bringing it back.

Yeah I got one but no way to get it for the foreseeable future as I donโt think leaving London for Paris to pick up an Invader map counts as essential travel. Especially after getting the map, and watching the short film we already started planning the trip to Djerba. Looks an incredible place to visit for a few days and not just to see some mosaics, hopefully maybe at some point an opportunity arises this year to get over there.

Just read on L13 Insta that KLF posters are blocked in the UK customs or they dint know where. I did not bought one ( too large sizes ), but Iโm thinking to make a thread about help between EU /UK/ as for USA /rest of the world.
I think that we have to help us together. VAT, Taxes, Shipping costs have incredibly increased, we have to be more helpful and smart together.
Easy to send as gift, for a 10 e invoice, a print, book or poster etc ..
The only problem is that most of the times only 1 cart is allowed per persons.. but I know anyway that we can help ( Invader has preparing his ยซย GDP ยซย made by aliens, I mean he will drop a lot of products and arts ( LP, book, prints, stickers etc ... )

Iโve bought a couple of items from both the EU and US since the start of the year and havnt really had a problem to this point in getting items delivered. There might be a slight delay but nothing of anything real noticeable yet. 50 percent of the time anyway the things I order from the states I havnt had to pay tax on anyway because most people seem to write down the wrong value on the forms.
My lack of understanding is why Shepard and Buff have ceased selling to the UK - but a thread dedicated to this matter would be good. Because of this forum I did learn that art from the US into the UK is 5% and books zero so since the day I found that out i have actually managed to write to customs and reclaim quite a lot of money back so thatโs always good!

I think there was already a thread opened some time ago... Yes there was a thread about Fairey, but not a thread where UK/US/EU could help themselves with shipping etc... The proof ? These Invader stickers Peat on line, where they ask more thant 125 quid to send them. A USA can buy them, the EU one reimburse him with sipping, and the US guy ( or lady ;-) send them as gift, for few dollars. Easy ! and F.ck all these institutions ! |
