Banksy was quite active around brighton at that time.
As for the stamps I think there is a 0% chance that they are a gift left by Banksy.

But for insurance purposes I would say you would need to have them covered for about GBP 10.
Or 15 quid, just to be on the safe side....

Anyone ever see the video for "Last train to transcentral" first time i ever saw jimmys model work, just didnt realise the significance of what i was looking at the time just thought it was fucking cool. similar to most art i look at today. i guess the more things change the more they stay the same. train model citys make a big impression on a 15 year old boy.
