i can answer that one - the 2 charcoal pieces that look kinda the same, right? "Heaven & Hell I" and "Heaven & Hell II" ?
Well, he's portraying his belief that heaven & hell are made-up perceptions and at face value are really the same elementally... i.e. their value as a 'perception' and as a 'tool'.... hence, they look the same 'on paper'.. does this make sense?

It was interesting. I could see flame like images in the pictures so assumed the bottom half was hell and the top half heaven. The difference being ever so slight and they are in effect the different sides of the same coin (eg a strong image in which to help control/get a message to a mass populace) .
