Possible to restore art print?, by bumix on Aug 14, 2020 22:38:28 GMT 1, Many years back I bought a Mel Ramos print for 100 bucks, now selling for 10-20x the price. I was a student with little cash, so I framed it myself. Unfortunately I had a waterdrop in my hand, got on the print, the paper expanded and instead of waiting till it dried, I wanted to wipe it. And damaged the print. A tiny 1mm2 mark where the color is gone was the lesson I learned that day. Not that I want to sell it. Just curious to know if it could be restored, how much that would be and if a restored print would anyway be wirth less. Thx to helpful advice
