Below is Jeff from Clown with Banksy painting the exact same stencils they used on the Clown ‘Test Press’ Series back in 2000 (albeit in a different size / format)
If the background story isn’t enough for you to value this as an important milestone in Banksy’s career then I don’t know how else to spell it out to you narrow minded folk..
