and yes, the clown image by banksy is the company's logo, so that image will likely be on any product released by clown skateboards, and that doesn't make them 'banksy products'. clown skateboards will definitely release more decks with that image, and probably with different designs, all of which seem like they will be priced at 55p.

Anyone with any knowledge knows Pest Control will never authenticate something that was not intended as a work of art. They will also respond fairly quickly with any questions that are sent to them. FR is referring to the response times for name changes and COA's, possibly due to the large amounts of pointless questions they receive.

Not getting into an argument , but whom determines Or has the authority here On the forum to determine what is pointless between the two companies that have an interest in the images produce now ?
The pertinent point is the latest release is classed and discussed here on the forum that it is a continuation of the original release with authorization to continue the release , extending from the intial 20 releases in 2000 , this is not the case as stated the latest release is not authorised by Banksy
5 members have asked if the latest release is authorised and all on the board have ignored the question or do not know , so a valid question asked
If the case with Regards to pest control That the question is pointless they would not warrant a reply if they deemed pointless
A failure to reply would cease further correspondence if deemed pointless.

The pertinent point is the latest release is classed and discussed here on the forum that it is a continuation of the original release with authorization to continue the release , extending from the intial 20 releases in 2000 , this is not the case as stated the latest release is not authorised by Banksy 5 members have asked if the latest release is authorised and all on the board have ignored the question or do not know , so a valid question asked If the case with Regards to pest control That the question is pointless they would not warrant a reply if they deemed pointless A failure to reply would cease further correspondence if deemed pointless. The second part refers to certification in their reply which is already discussed and known so count as irrelevant the first part of the reply is relevant here |

They will also respond fairly quickly with any questions that are sent to them. As I said the other day, the only question that is relevant is:
Did Banksy and Clown have an agreement 20 years ago that they could make 100 of each design?
That is what Clown have stated in the marketing of these decks.
'These boards are part of the CLOWN BANKSY TEST PRESS series, which finishes what we started in August 2000 by COMPLETING THE 100 OF EACH as we agreed to do with BANKSY'
PC are telling you 'There is no agreement in place for these images to be reproduced or sold'
If an agreement was made as stated, and I have no reason to believe otherwise, then Clown have every right to continue the edition.
As I and others have also stated earlier in the thread, if Banksy didn't want Clown to go ahead with these, he could and probably would have asked them not to finish the edition.
