From what I understand from my friend who works at one of the big auction houses its the non-payers at online auctions which is becoming an issue.

The Thrower is a lottery winners and a first Thrower sold in a major auction!
It certainly will be interesting month as there is a Bonhams unsigned sale (very sensible not to mix the signed and unsigned) and another (yawn) Forum Banksy only!!
