Did anyone receive theirs yet? I just got mine in the US and they mailed it in a shoddy cardboard triangle. It was in the mail system for a month so ended up quite damaged.
I have emailed them but just wondering if someone else knows how to deal with it?
feels bad making a big deal because it's for charity--but the 2 prints I ordered are truly beat to hell.

Since this was an unsigned, unnumbered print, I would expect them to have spares to replace damaged one. Good luck zeuscarver.

I hope it doesn't rely on the refund! packing job surely did not warrant coverage from the carrier!
Either way, good people and it seems like I'll get some replacement. Also they mentioned I was not the only one with issues.
