Other argument points have some merit which you do acknowlege. But only briefly. I guess that’s the flavor of the day in society.

Will Banksy™️ now just become one aspect of the artists work. Is he bored of ever elaborate stunts to capture the news cycle? Is there new work to be seen which is limited by these constraints? I wouldn’t be surprised if the next stunt or one soon will be a reveal of who he is. I mean if he’s now embracing copyright will he now embrace fame?

Will Banksy™️ now just become one aspect of the artists work. Is he bored of ever elaborate stunts to capture the news cycle? Is there new work to be seen which is limited by these constraints? I wouldn’t be surprised if the next stunt or one soon will be a reveal of who he is. I mean if he’s now embracing copyright will he now embrace fame?
Pretty sure he enjoys walking around London without anyone having a clue who he is.

Seriously tho, he’s not Princess Diana is he.. the controlled course he has carved between fame and privacy is one of the most admirable things he’s done, it’s at the forefront of his work, but it’s seemingly reactionary now.. in response to brainwash outing him or someone trademarking his name for example.. I’d be interested if it continues to take this reactionary route or if he’s going to evolve it.

Seeing as any business affiliated with him, PC , POA etc etc dont have any sort of names in the filing history couldn't he in all good theory just hand over the rights in question to his lawyers or people who help run PC for example.
I mean if BP or Tesco had a problem with this sort of thing, any sort of court proceedings wouldn't have the CEO's name in question, you wouldnt see the boss of British Petroleum stood up in court for what is essentially a very small copyright case, right....?
