Art packaging for moving, by Cardiff on Sept 20, 2020 20:49:41 GMT 1, Hey all,
We're moving in a few weeks and I was curious if anyone had recommendations for art packaging. I could have sworn I saw a heavy duty cardboard container with foam lining for art on here, but maybe it was insta. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!!!

Art packaging for moving, by Charlie Bronson on Sept 21, 2020 0:52:29 GMT 1, Last time I moved, my lady(RIP to our relationship) and I wrapped each piece in bubble wrap and a non-acidic tough cardboard type paper. It really protected well. I still have some pieces wrapped in it 6 years on and it’s holding up well. Large pieces are a pain the ass. Sculptures are a whole other story and a bigger pain in the ass. The past few years I’ve been saving the original packaging of all sculptures I buy. Bubble wrap is key to protect the piece, especially frame corners that can easily chip off, and a thick cardboard/non-acidic(if they’ll be stored for some time) type paper on top. Good luck bud👊🏻.
