Selling on eBay (scams), by graeme on Sept 26, 2020 21:11:46 GMT 1, I regularly collect from and send to Argos shops from ebay sales. They’re open later and easier to pick up from if you work during the day and aren’t at home to sign for parcels It will be because you had click and collect as a shipping option.
Perfectly safe as shipping ever is, in my opinion. It will be logged and signed for when Argos receive it and when your buyer collects.

Selling on eBay (scams), by barrychuckle on Sept 26, 2020 21:22:02 GMT 1, Oh okay,
Thanks really helpful, I guess I'm just not used to sending stuff worth a few hundred quid through the post! And my experiences with staff at Argos over the years border on the avant garde.
... aaannd of course it wasn't the Northern Ireland thing I was nervous of, more of sending it to a different bit of my 'hood in South London!
Thanks all!

Thanks all! Being a born and bred Northern Irish person I can confirm you should have no particular issues regarding purchase of art by my fellow country men/women. Infact there is a surprising number of avid urban art collectors over here - quite a few well known/ long standing peeps on this forum. If you use Royal Mail it's a flat rate for posting (despite quite a few UK mainland retailers arguing otherwise) so won't cost you any more than posting to London.......
