The print is 2/2 of the “HC” portion of the edition. The HC is the proof given to the artist and was personally owned by Haring. I have a full condition report on the work and detailed images. Asking $40K USD and open to offers. The HC portion of an edition is reserved by the publisher of an edition not the artist, essentially they are kept as example copies of an edition, they are of course usually sold on by said publisher with a story that they are more important, to let you into a little secret they're not, they are identical to the numbered ones, the AP ones etc.
