Print arrives damaged, by ecosmo69 on Oct 8, 2020 23:47:28 GMT 1, My husband ordered me a print for my birthday, nothing super expensive, it's a Lucy Mclaughlin. We're based in the US and it came all the way from the UK which took nearly two months. It was packed flat and it arrived flat and the packaging was undamaged, but the print has a large crease in it. I can tell it didn't happen in transit because she threw in another print for a show she did and that print is perfect.
Question is what should I do? Wondering what others have done under these circumstances? Like I said it wasn't an expensive print, just one I really liked. Any advice appreciated!

Not actually part of where the print itself is, it's actually just below the print where the artist has signed it. It looks to me like it's been marked by the cardboard it was packed in. It's such a shame, we waited so long for the thing to arrive.
