Felt damp too, but the prints were fine and they are great quality for the price. TBH, I did buy them as an investment. Can't see them selling for what we would all like. The disappointment due to bad packaging occurs too regularly unfortunately. The senders only create more cost and effort for themselves by trying to save on time and materials. I have received art packaged poorly a lot of times and nearly always results in damage and is very disappointing.

There was a ( very thin -I have carted envelopes at my job, they are really carted Both sides - not only paper + cardboard ).
Anyway the square print ( Mason autoportrait ) was not in this carted envelope, because a bit larger.
In the carted envelope ( with some marks too ), there were the prints were the mini prints folded at the corner : so protection was not enough ? Or they shipped it as this ?
Anyway I am very disappointed because at the end ( with the 48,50 vat , Dhl , a great gallery etc we could expect a better service.
I will delete anyway the Instagram post, as I donβt like to do that as I know the artist ( that was very disappointed by my insta post and the link to here ), and as Stowe promised me to sort out this.. How? I donβt know .. I donβt want to think about at the moment, with all what is happening at the moment, just want peace and rest.
Ps : and I donβt want too that some members of my family, my kids, friends knowing myIG account etc .. know that I spent 200 euros for this. Shame on me. Yes Iβm feeling a bit ashamed

My prints turned up OK, but I doubt they would have been if I had been overseas. Also, the packaging felt a bit damp. Shocking for those who had to paid high carriage costs and VAT on top. Disgrace.

Had clearly been sorted a few times judging by marks on envelope but thankfully print was not damaged.
