I never realised just how good he really is until I saw the original "No feelings" piece at Tate Britain. It's stunning. I have a few pieces by him, but this will always be my favourite.
As an aside, the model is Debbie Juvenile, prominent member of the infamous 'Bromley Contingent' who followed the 'Pistols in their early gigs. As the punk era declined she vanished, reputed to have fallen into prostitution. Can there be a more poignant image of the stark decay of the UK and disillusion of it's youth in the late 70's?
