What’s the story with these? How many would have been unfolded, single sided? Would they usually have been the signed ones?

I think it was the description to be frank. Reading it, it was unclear if this was one of the limited number that were intended to be unfolded and single-sided or whether the seller was saying this was supposed to be a double-sided one but someone grabbed it off the presses when only one side was done. It seemed like it was the later, and, if I did not know the seller, I wouldn’t have been willing to take a chance on it as it seemed like too much of a story with too many unanswered questions.
