DACS legal team (https://www.dacs.org.uk/) can do it as they represent PCO which represent Banksy. They act directly on ebay to strike some announces.
I have the email of the legal team due to my profession. If any of you want it, I'd share via PM to avoid any spam of a professional address.
You could also try the general contact address shared on their website btw..
Maybe we could ask them a specific canal for reporting coming from UAA ? A bit utopian, but they could be open to set it up ...
