So not sure if they are reprinting or just allocated another edition to replace it. They really could have avoided this with a little effort in the packing. |

Thanks They gave me two options --- send back the print for a full refund OR send back the print, it will be destroyed, a new one will be printed and then the artist has to sign it again. They projected that a new McGee print wouldn't get back to me until mid-late Feb. |

I was amazed when my second showed up and wasn't packaged any better than the first. Definitely thought they'd take more care sending overseas! Hope they make it right with you. |
